Reentry by Design

The Reentry by Design program offers employment services to individuals with criminal backgrounds. The program has served hundreds of individuals by providing classes and job leads to help participants maintain motivation during the job search. The curriculum addresses issues and skills that could affect employability as an individual leaves the justice system and reenters the workforce, such as anger management, critical thinking, résumé development, online job searching and job boards, interview preparation and mock interviews.

Located in Louisville, the Reentry by Design program accepts participants through referrals from Probation & Parole or Institutional Reentry Coordinators. If you are on parole, live in or are returning to the Jefferson County/Louisville area and need assistance with employment services, ask your reentry coordinator or parole officer to fax a referral to Goodwill’s Reentry by Design program.
