  • In GoodStart, you will practice your interviewing skills, work on a standout resume, learn about digital literacy and take career and skills assessments that will help you pick out the career that’s right for you. (One week – $100 stipend)

Phase 2: Work & Learn

  • After completing all of Goodwill’s training programs, you will receive three credit hours toward your coursework at BCTC. After picking an area of study, you will complete a semester-long certificate program at BCTC while we place you with an employer partner who will help you learn along the way. Each certificate is stackable, which means that after you complete it, you can put it toward an associate degree.
