Powered by A Closer Look, Goodwill connects with customers, donors through Customer Ambassador Program

Powered by A Closer Look, we at Goodwill have been offering a unique experience for customers this past year, and we’ve recently launched the same opportunity for donors.

The Customer Ambassador Program and Donor Ambassador Program allow customers and donors to send a text to a provided number, take a short survey about our retail and donation processes and be entered to win $100 cash by random drawing.

When customers enter any of our 67 locations or when donors drive through our donation centers, they can ask any Goodwill employee for the number to text to take the survey, and when they’re finished, they’re entered, just like that.

It’s a win-win for customers, donors and us at Goodwill. According to Chief Operating Officer Rena Sharpe in a Yahoo! Finance report, “the dashboard’s access to data and insights holds the potential to transform our operations and positively impact the customer experience.”
